Plant Paradox Basics

Hopefully you are all subscribed to my YouTube Channel so that you are in the know about my carnival diet. If you're not, I started a new diet on July 1, 2018 called the Plant Paradox. I lost twelve pounds as of August 1st without any exercise! Yes, what they say

about weight loss being 80% diet 20% exercise is so true. 

 

I opted to blog about the specifics of the diet just in case you want to try. Keep in mind that I'm also doing the intermittent fasting where I eat from 12p-8p and fast from 8:01p to 11:59a. Those hours work for me but feel free to do any combo that works for your schedule. In my opinion, the easiest way to start this diet is buying avoiding everything listed below. Look out for more posts to come on what you can eat and the different phases.
